找到工作要素語言能力大於本地學位大於面試機會。大學院上限高於語言學校這個不用說。以上為推薦方式，除此之外還有：

  1. IT派遣社員，不過日語和IT有任意一個短板就會非常難受
  2. 直接找正社員，這個要能力夠硬才有機會，而且招外國人第二新卒的幾乎沒見過
  3. 研修生，這個沒辦法轉永住的，缺錢並且想快點去體驗一下的話可以考慮下
