据我了解，在澳洲搞三年博后可以要求学校sponsor绿卡，但我不知道让学校同意的难度如何。

美帝貌似只能eb1或者eb2，门槛比较高，再加上一般学校只给j1签，到时候还要大使馆豁免。有没有老嗨指点一下。

博士申请NIW很容易呀 又不需要雇主sponsor 办不下豁免回国等排期就行了

律所没关系呀，地域有关系，有两个处理中心，NSC和TSC，NSC管的州都是大学比较多比较好的州，要求会高一些，学科也有关系，有些学科引用少，标准就会低

澳洲的博后工资一年将近100k澳币，老板一般掏不出这钱，或者需要自己去申澳洲那名额少得令人发指的decra，所以澳洲的博后坑少之又少，能竞争到这种坑的话，说明你的实力其实不会为run到哪里而发愁了，一切都是水到渠成。难度参照：我在法国读博，我二导在法国瑞士做了四年博后丧心病狂的水文章拉关系挂通讯（文章120+，引用近4000），然后才拿到decra去澳洲做博后，后面申到funding在澳国立做fellow，他的路基本没法复刻。
