目前我是这么个思路：背景本科不到gpa < 3，非cs科班。top200 cs水硕， 金币只能堪堪用到毕业。

  1. 毕业前找到sde工作最好
  2. 一毕业直接psw，找不到sde随便找个工打着保证饿不死有地方住，同时刷题找工作
  3. 找到中小厂上岸了两件事：
    1. 骑驴找马，同时开英国爱尔兰两条线，找到了愿意sponsor签证的工作就跳
    2. 攒二硕钱抗风险，就算找工作了谁能保证不会突然被裁掉
  4. 如果点背psw用尽也找不到正式工作马上申请荷兰Orientation Resident Permit（这个需要top200硕士），继续重复打工-找工作-骑驴找马的循环，同时持续存钱

主要还是因为英国和爱尔兰的移民路线相对低风险，只要你能找到有工签的工作干满5年可以移民，不过爱尔兰紧缺职业+年薪达到2年就可。
