加拿大BCPNP不需要找到工作，毕业就发绿卡，配额限制卡在招生录取的时候，因此不用担心毕业时申请激增的问题，只是除了纽约理工都难申，毕竟配额限制卡在一开始。英国脱欧后，有PSW，可拿永居的工签配额限制取消，而且第一条年薪线降低了。
