来爱尔兰吧，UCD有个CSc，16个月，学费我估计了一下也就20来万，转码项目，最近越来越火——移民难度仅次于加拿大BCPNP。你就是选其他专业都很有可能留下，欧洲不像北美，非CS对身份卡得那么严。

现在留美难度挺高的 你做好了找不到工作只能去icc被压榨的预期吗 你不如去加拿大先把身份拿了再说 目前大厂在加的办公室也不少了 给的package涨了一次价之后比以前好很多了 哪怕去不了大厂 这边小公司也有不少 只要能进去至少卡是肯定能到手的

uta，我觉得全美性价比最高。一年tuition是ucb的一半 🚬 不过国际学生好像录的不多
当然如果背景好，其他学校也可以申奖学金。
