跟朋友问了一下，某外行香港的储蓄卡才有Visa, 盐碱地版本只有银联，香港不受外汇管制可以方便润了之后一次清零金币，但是要有港澳通行证，求教各位老嗨现在办理怎样比较顺利些呢？

人民币到港币还是有五万刀限制吧，那个银行卡拿进来大陆随便存人民币，然后出境取款就是美元或者港币了吗？

没限制是指你在大陆以外的地方存取美元吧，涉及到换汇的操作估计还是被限制五万刀

港澳通行证可以办，但是只能去澳门，最近刚去过（晶哥饶了我吧）

无必要只给澳门签注，但是卡是会有的，如果你的银行只需要港澳通行证不需要香港签注的话应该没问题

前面说得都很对哈，签注办理一般顺利，10个工作日左右吧。去澳门之前确认一下自己所在地不是中高风险，澳门出入境也管理很严，中高风险去直接就地隔离。
