别瞎说，四大intern 90%都能拿到return offer，在四大做contractor比正式员工难多了，对经验要求很高的。

要是非咨询业务线估计难度不小 你relocate之后还得重考在地cpa，另外acca认可度应该不如aca

如果不考虑签字权的话 并不用考当地CPA。从招聘门槛角度 ACCA 完全够用，而且适用范围广泛

四大不做审计不需要考CPA，就算做审计也是要到manager级别才要求有CPA

考完ACCA，积累1-2年经验，直接申请海外四大。Transfer 不用想了。 审计线其实比较容易润 ，因为哪里都缺人，尤其到了年底之前。另外，卢森堡四大还会招Chinese speaker Auditor 可以试试。

ACCA对润没有什么帮助，你考出来了直接申请海外四大也是没用的，四大招新人一般不会sponsor工签。然后我在北美的四大工作10年了从来没有见过senior manager以下的人从中国transfer来美国或者加拿大。一般是SM transfer过来做senior，相当于你5年的职业生涯直接报废。

比较靠谱的做法是你毕业之后在中国的四大做1年，然后念一个国外的会计，BA，DS之类的研究生，最好是毕业之后有工签的那种，然后再申请当地四大的工作。当然你现在实习对找工作也是很有用的，如果有机会的话你毕业了直接出国读研究生也可以。

transfer出去之后唯一好留的只有香港

还是ACCA会员后直接申请欧洲位置靠谱

最好去保险银行基金地产组，别在工业组卷了，国外的需求不大
