不需要港澳通行证，你在蛇口码头直接就值机了。然后船直接开到香港机场，上飞机了。具体海关会如何阻拦你，那就不清楚了。

无论哪种方式过境港澳都不需要通行证

港澳通行证只针对最终目的地是港澳的人才用，出国的根本就不用港澳通行证。

就算你在罗湖过关进入香港再去机场坐飞机出国，内地和香港边检都是要出示护照的而不是港澳通行证。
