我高中一个老师当年走的CSC去了英国的LSE，他和我说留学之后要回国给政府单位工作好多年，而且工资很低，所以他后来读完回国之后通过手段没有进体制工作，反而去做英语培训了😂，但貌似目前他之前那个手段已经走不通了。。。

如果你本科在读走csc大概率还是要回国拿到本科文凭的，也就不存在违约一说，如果研究生在读的话，走csc有可能会要求你回国效力😅（忘记是博士还是访问学者要回国效力来着？），反正本科不用回国效力，对了违约金大概是它资助你的两倍。
