22，本科大二，在应试监狱高中读完以后抑郁adhd双双爆发，读了两年每科都是60多一点，换句话说1点左右，只能说起码我还活着。金币的话家里中产，30-50应该是轻松。英语有点天赋，但是真学起来不知道adhd会怎么影响。润有希望吗，请老哥们讲讲

憋出病了还坚持读的基本都是底层穷蛆，你这种有钱的直接退学去国外读。学校好不好无所谓，反正你钱多，混个身份就行了，到时候随便干点工作就行了，都比在国内快乐

德国不一定，你没考虑语言班，延毕 还有读硕士这几个可能。每年差不多10-12个，50个不一定够

别的不了解，美国加拿大即使你国际生读学费最便宜的冷门文科，四年下来都要最低10w刀学费吧。

我想起来了，你可以读加州的社区大学，那里学费便宜。如果前两年你成绩优异，可以转去ucla/ ucb啥的，拿ucla的本科学历。

哎 同为ADHD我真的非常能共情，真心希望你好，但是我也知道你的难处和你缺乏的学习动力。怎么说呢如果真要润还是得有决心，哎，还是得吃点苦的对于你我普通人来说，我也不希望被人落到我这步田地。还是别放弃吧，想想中国的形式，真的不要侥幸。但是我现在建议你要把放平稳心态放在第一位，先把抑郁症解决了，ADHD毕竟是顽疾但也不是完全学不进去，先把抑郁解决，听我的准没错。

同样adhd患者（还有asd）。先润了，保证了精神健康再考虑其他的吧。不知道你的情况怎么样，我自己如果不是抑郁状态，做起自己喜欢的+想做的事情，比常人更容易注意力聚焦进入心流。如果你也有这样，好好利用起这个优势

自爆一下，我也ADHD加重度憂鬱症，這兩件事困擾我到現在這年紀（很老了喔，三字頭）。

我基本到哪裡看醫生到哪裡，不過在中國的就診環境跟各方面實在差到不可思議。不過無論如何建議你先處理好憂鬱症的問題。這個相對在中國是容易處理的。

ADHD成人求診有點困難，而且很難開出利他能（利他林），我自己都是用的從台灣帶過來的，還得省著點吃……好像有一個叫專注達的玩意兒比較好開出來，可以嘗試看看。但是看診貴看診難不好開就算了藥費還上天，不過如果家中經濟情況寬裕的話可以想點辦法。

事實上我ADHD是到工作之後才在朋友的建議下往這方面求診並確診，這之前我一直以為只有憂鬱症，但我只有在遇到嚴重問題導致後者爆發的時候會有期間性的困難，平常雖然專注力容易渙散，但影響學習的狀況我覺得不大。英文我不是特別好，但日文我很早就拿到一級（那會兒還沒改制成N1），而且我自己也一直都是做IT、編程相關的工作，目前也是要往日本跑，所以我認為不用太擔心這個病況會太過影響學習，但你首先必須自己更努力一些。當然能有利他能之類的藥就更好了。

事實上ADHD你也只是後來確診，不是突然得到的東西。試著用自己的經驗嘗試與其共處，可以自己去嘗試一些行為矯正療法，痛苦，但能有用。讓自己的時間規劃更明確，減少分散注意力的外因，強迫自己好好學習。久了其實可以慢慢調整過來一些的。我在確診拿藥之前也是這樣過來的。

ADHD很容易會產生習得性無助的問題，絕對不要被這個打倒！去相信自己只是暫時沒辦法克服狀況，不要徹底放棄！

另外，如果你是真的很想離開這裡或是去你的精神祖國，試著把潤本身當成你最大的動力，如果不是，那其實我覺得潤不潤不要成為你的新的精神負擔。你在成為哪國人之前，你首先必須去想的是讓自己如何去成為一個完整的，快樂的，幸福且有尊嚴的人。潤可以是手段跟過程，但不應該是最終的目的。當然我覺得如果能出去留學，換一個寬鬆自由的環境，對你會有很大改善的。這裡真的不太對勁。

潤的本身是不影響的，海外一般是不會因為這些基本不影響社會安全與運轉的病症去過度評價你這個人。入檔案影響工作前程之類的破事基本不存在，除非你特別硬要給自己貼標籤或明顯表現給別人看。

對了，多嘴一句，ADHD染菸癮特別難戒，而且抽菸幫助非常有限，最好不要抽菸！當然其他成癮物質也是最好少碰，尤其絕對不要濫用藥物！

先去看看醫生，你已經嚴重到會有閱讀跟溝通障礙的情況的話，跟醫生好好聊看看，很希望能夠找到願意好好協助你至少從最麻煩的情況擺脫出來的醫生。

有時候如果覺得完全無法繼續閱讀或任何工作，想辦法讓自己稍微抽離一下狀態再回來看看能不能改善一下。不過我不確定這對你來說是否能有幫助。

也可以跟醫生探討除了憂鬱症以外，是否有躁症的情況。
