我是香港人 現在在美國UG商科 GPA2.2X 今年夏天畢業 嚴格上來說我的商科成為stem項目可以3年opt 但是我覺得找工作沒多少機會 現在應該畢業去加拿大走stream a 不過美國上年給了臨時居留可以留到下年2月 我覺得可能有機會有綠卡拿 現在我應該在美國賴著不走還是準備去加拿大讀 post grad?

原本我打算在連登問 但是香港沒多少人去美國讀書 大陸人在美國念書多 所以打算問問意見

Just apply for political asylum in any of the Western countries. With the NSL, it won't be difficult for Hong Kongers do make that claim. Do it soon though, before the West forgets about Hong Kong.

Nah I'm just a normal guy. Asylum is vertically impossible for me. I was hoping the states will give green card for those who are eligible for ded. They are the most promising group for green card.

There a ton of Mainland Chinese applying for asylum in the US. Most are not being denied. That you're from Hong Kong is a huge advantage, akin to Uyghurs and Tibetans, whose asylum claims are basically guaranteed to be approved.
