请问有第三国的绿卡就没法再拿美国政庇了吗

我看网上好多地方说不行。但是否存在某些例外？

没有例外这是移民局官网上写的，有其他国家长期居留权没资格申请政庇，除非你能证明在母国和第三国同时受到迫害，比如你拿的是香港或者朝鲜永居

然而绿卡大概就是享受消费的自由😂并没有什么发达国家的福利可言。而且官方用希腊语，想归化过不了语言关，小地方英语都说不通。
