我记得第二句话算是现在完成时？ 现在完成时也可以表达部分完成的意思吧 也就是即使仍然在这工作也可以用这种表达方式，如果表示已经不在这了应该用一般过去式吧？

在没有上下文的情况下，意思上没有区别的。如果你想说我在这工作一整天了，就用i‘ve been working here all day更自然一点。

没太大区别，第一句话强调“一直”，即“我在这一直工作了20年”，第二句话只是一个单纯的表述“我在这工作了20年”。我个人看来这俩都没有明确说出“现在不在这工作”的意思，如果是想要强调“现在不在这工作”的话，一般直接说“I worked here for 20 years”或者过去完成时比较好。
