护照+签证或者永居卡 都需要。 现在航空公司系统都是跟移民局数据共享的，举个简单的例子，你用中国护照以美国的b1/b2签证去美国，即使你有有效b1/b2美签但如果你忘了登记EVUS航空公司的系统是无法出登机牌的，你觉得如果拿假的签证或者绿卡能拿到登机牌吗？
