优势没那么大吧。我总共见过俩LGBTQ群体。其中一个还是斯坦福本科+博士, 另外一个滑铁卢的。

姐妹找工作在有面试方面可能有优势，但是我怀疑对实际通过没啥大的帮助。真要是优势很大的话也不会行业内男女比例差距这么大。

ms有专门照顾女性的岗位，其他的不是很了解
