我托福六年前考的107，我的成绩分配就是典型的小黄人分配

阅读29，具体就是多背词一天100个没什么好说的，墨墨刷词刷起来每天发给同学朋友打卡 正确率要95%以上

听力29，每天听默科学美国人和科学一分钟。先慢速0.75倍开始听，听一句写一句，每句最多重新听写两遍，然后move on下一句 然后写完之后对照script改，听一两个月再开始听tpo听力（毕竟tpo的东西有限）

写作27，知乎上有很多教写作的我就不再赘述了

口语，这个我也不行我就不说了

我第一次考了81 第二次考了95 第三次考了107 时间跨度两年，如果你是没有基础也没法脱产的话一个月想要到达90还挺难的
