因为这两个移民的路径都是
到美国-> 申请政治庇护 -> 拿到工卡 --> 远期拿到绿卡
而美国政治庇护绿卡，两者都接受，
政治庇护申请一般分为两大类别：主动的(Affirmative)和防卫的(Defensive),
旅游或者学生签证进来申请政避的就是Affirmative，偷渡进来的就是Defensive
所以从长期看，是没有区别的

ikuytt4· ↗旅游签进来你是合法入境，六个月之内你可以跟绿卡结婚、有学历有才华的的还能转工签，再差点还能转学生再慢慢等时间再想办法。六个月之后就算黑下来一年内还能给你申请庇护，跟公民结婚还不用走豁免。偷渡进来关进监狱不说，你在美国合法留下来就只有庇护跟公民结婚，选择面比起合法进来的只有一条路子走到黑，你跟人说没什么区别？
