大家好，为了隐私把细节相关的内容全部删除了。新账户也是为了隐私。最近才关注这个subreddit，所以把自己经验在这里写一下。

本人在新加坡读书，有相关的签证，而且出国已经很久了，护照满是签证和海关章。严格来说本人属于海外华人吧，因为在国外待很久了。护照也是新加坡续签的，所以从来都没在国内做过护照。4月从白云机场飞马来西亚吉隆坡，拿的是旅游签证。本来就是想在马来西亚玩一圈的，所以也没管那么多直接买的票，也没查阅任何资料，不知道海关原来那么严格。

过关的时候海关问我去马来西亚干什么，我就说去那边玩找朋友，之后会直接通过陆路进入新加坡。海关再叫我拿出新加坡相关的证件，我就提供我学生证和签证。海关也没多问，就让我过去了。马来西亚去新加坡的路程也没买票，海关也没问。也没看我手机电脑什么的。我本来就不观光大陆网络，所以也没什么好看的。过关的时候很多学生，而且很多人转机，甚至有人连进入马来西亚程序都不知道。过关的时候有个学生拉近了旁边的小黑屋，其实就是几块塑料板，而且是半封闭的。听到他们对话，问了他祖宗十八代，而且还翻了他手机。我猜他是第一次出国，白本护照，所以翻了他资料。

上传的图是我马来西亚旅游签证，还有过关盖章。我觉得只要你的信息是真的，而且是合法的，没理由不让你过关。

另外也想跟大家澄清一下港澳通。疫情前我直接拿港澳通进入香港再飞国外，用移民局小程序查了也看不到香港出入境信息。疫情后回大陆海关也没问我怎么离开大陆的，直接让我进来的。

说说自己对润的看法。本人在海外待了很久了，个人觉得如果出来的话生活不一定比大陆好。没有朋友，没有语言，没有精神支柱的是很难孤身一人在外面的。我看过很多大陆人在海外完全融入不了当地环境。语言学不好的话还是跟大陆人混，那我觉得完全没意义了。还不如去一个国内小城市，本来也是平民的话也没什么人会管你的。而且如果你真的很普通的话，政治真的影响不了你多少。本来也没钱没技术，难道换了政治体制你就会变得有钱有技术？如果你真的有这种精神追求，那你还不如把心思放在技术，放在工作上面，把自己提升了再离开也不迟。在哪里都是看技术，看资本的，何况是资本第一美国。

新加坡那么小都有人从未离开过，就因为没这个资本。我们都是为了自己而活，别一直专注在大环境，改变自己才能改变环境。

我本人在大陆就没有任何朋友，所以虽然语言和文化没问题，但过的还是很孤单。我想换做这里人的话也是一样。如果有技术，可以考虑出去看看世界，决定自己以后未来。我觉得到现在为止大陆大环境还没达到一个需要跑路的状况，最起码不是文革大跃进完全封国。如果你没出过国但又想润的话，我建议等国门打开了先出去看看外面的世界，真的想好了再考虑出来。外国的月亮不一定比大陆的圆，看了外面再决定要不要出来。

如果冒犯了任何人，不好意思，存粹自己的看法。毕竟本人算海外华人，不像你们那么了解国内环境。

下面英语写一下自己的看法，母语的话我觉得我英文还是更好一点。

As an overseas Chinese, I’ve seen my fair share of the world, at least more than most people here. Honestly, depending on who you are, the outside world isn’t necessary better than what’s inside mainland China. If you don’t have friends, can’t speak the local language, there’s not much point in leaving the mainland. You’ll hang out with overseas mainland Chinese, do the same thing as you would back home, except you’ll be more lonely with little emotional support. In fact, if you can’t integrate well outside, I’d recommend just moving to a smaller City in mainland China to have a change of life and a change of pace. At least you can assimilate in terms of culture with little difficulties. If you’re average and thinking of leaving everything to go outside, what makes you think you’ll do better outside than inside? You won’t be better off in a different political environment if you don’t have the skills or capital to do well even in your home country. If you really desire a different political environment, you might as well put in the effort into improving your skills and saving more money to actually leave. If you don’t have the skills and money to leave, you won’t do any better in a more capitalist country like America compared to mainland China.

There’s plenty of people in smaller countries like Hong Kong and Singapore where they don’t even have a passport. Don’t focus on changing the environment. Focus on changing yourself first before trying to change your environment.

I don’t have friends in mainland China and I know how lonely it can be there. I assume it’ll feel the same, or even worse for people here since I at least speak the same language and share the same culture as China. If you have the skills or the capital, take a look outside first before deciding to make a move. If you have not taken a look outside and you decide to leave, I recommend at least waiting for China to open up and take a holiday before leaving.

We’re not here to change the world. Our ultimate goal here is to change our own lives, to create a better living condition for ourselves. You can start by changing yourself first.

已经在申请了。全家人都在大陆，不能丢掉大陆护照，以后遗产保险什么的没有大陆护照都很难办理。新加坡不允许双国籍所以还要钻法律漏洞留住大陆护照。

额，中国法规定法定继承中不动产继承适用不动产所在地法，动产继承适用被继承人死亡时的经常居住地法，相信你在新加坡或者中国找一个正常的涉外民事律师这种事情就可以处理的，客观来说你就算拿着中国护照也不会有什么变化

疫情期间如果你拿着外国护照想回去看看家里人，几乎不可能的。大陆过几年耍疯锁国的话只有大陆护照才可能进得去。即使没有遗产我也要等家里人都走了才可能永远不回去，没办法。润也带不走家里人，他们都是从海外回去养老的，一辈子住海外也无法习惯海外生活。

我似乎看到了你回复了我什么，但是点进来又显示没有……anyway你只有新加坡国籍的话显然是不会影响遗产继承的，即使你没有办法人到中国，这并不会影响最终能够拿到遗产……总而言之，只要你不是想人回去，这些都不是持有中国护照的理由
