学术界真的病态疯了，你说你热爱你的学科，你要为学术献身，好吧，那你毕业找博后几百人上千人卷一个坑，即使是十年前连你妈phd课程都开不出的系也是如此，老子搞科研可能不行，但是去教你们那的本科生肯定是尼玛币绰绰有余。结果系主任沾沾自喜地说我们每年至少收到五六百份申请，我当然不会仔细看你们用心写的材料啦！你笑你妈呢崽种。
另一方面那些大教授大PI每年从NSF爆的金币几十万上百万起步，实验项目就不说多有钱了，你™的一个理论推导项目拿七八十万美金你们他妈的良心不会痛吗？一个fresh phd一年也花不了你七万美金，尼玛拿了钱这里开会那里开会，风景好的地方被你们跑了个遍，最后全是一群人王婆卖瓜讲自己的没几个人会看的jb论文，甚至有的学科搞全武行两派对喷说对方的东西是错的。是是是你们都是诺贝尔奖菲尔兹奖伍尔夫奖这个fellow那个fellow，地球没了你们不转，我可谢谢您们了。你们这帮人他妈的拿纳税人的钱，公款旅游吃吃喝喝的金币省下来不知道能雇你妈多少个博后ap，结果天天抱怨教课人手不够的也是你们，看不起lecturer的也是你们。草泥马！

il6738b·OP· ↗国外的问题大概就是整个体系里所谓的马太效应比较严重吧。我也不是酸，那些天才多拿资源是应该的，而且不少人确实一门心思都在搞科研没什么复杂的心思，当然也有整天琢磨乱七八糟事情的奇葩，只不过比例比兴国低太多。像我们这样的鼠鼠在学术界挣口稀饭都很难，很多人做了两轮博后才转行，拖家带口娃都能打酱油了，那场面真的，物伤其类吧
