现在美加都有很大程度的通胀和房价上涨，感觉过去的经验不再适用，请问有人能分享下近一年的生活费吗?

edit: 常规生活，单人room，基本娱乐需求，无需打工。 极限情况，只满足必要条件。

我给你说下我现在目前的开销（阿美中部小城市）：吃饭一天30$，除非你是饭桶. 交通一切从简，学校公交车不花钱，偶尔社交也是坐公交车去各种地方，实在有急事uber 10-30$一次. 租房一月600$，但是如果你愿意住差一点的或者人多一点的合租300-400$也是有些的。 买衣服啥的忽略了，我也是基本不买衣服，除非真是没得穿了，不然我从国内带过来的也都够了. 杂费像什么学校打印啊，书本费啊，各种奇奇怪怪的东西基本上每月不会超出50$ （我从来没买过学校的课本，你去网上盗版pdf就好了，我们的很多教授也是理解的）. 偶尔的娱乐活动真的看个人，你要是天天去蹦迪那当我没说. 学费的话每个学校在网上有，自己去查，这边有一些学费很便宜的大学，如果你真的在乎开销，不在乎排名的话. 电水费大概是不会超出100$每月，这边上学国际生是可以打工的，但是有些限制，比如只能在学校打工，以及每周时间不能超过40小时.我之前在学校食堂打工，10$一小时，但你也可以多干点，当supervisor可以到20$. 另外有些学校的项目当ta ra之类的可以免学费

他问的是极限生存，吃饭一天<1$，买面粉自己蒸馒头。交通几十公里靠走，0$。房租这个免不了，500$。不仅完全打工能cover，还能往家里寄钱。

保险学校不同也不一样，一般是1000多，我之前的本科是1400$每学年. 基本的娱乐活动你要是就喝喝9的话还好，一般30$-50$以内能买到一瓶酒，这些钱大概在酒吧点3-4杯，留学生酒局的话你要能拉下来脸可以不花钱，或者就礼貌一下整点啤的，也是不会超过30$，健身房会员一般是30-50$一个月，学校健身房免费，很多公寓会自带健身房（比较垃圾就是了）. 买车的话你要是能将就几百刀的垃圾车都有，不过正常点的几千就基本能开. 现在油价降回来了我这个城市目前是4.09$/gallon，也就是大概一箱100$左右。手机话费我目前是60$一个月，但是是属于那种无限流量的，你要是不像我这么闲的天天网上冲浪再加上勤用wifi的话可以省到40$。网路的开销的话和手机差不多，有一小部分公寓的网是包含在房子里的。

通胀影响不是太大，因为你平时花也花不了几个钱，关键是开支的大头，你得看看房租大概涨了多少，小城市的话基本波动不大，大城市（比如西雅图）房租一直再涨，但一般最多也就是大概最多2-300$的涨幅.我之前大城市的公寓今年涨了不到100$

15—20万我算学费了。楼主仔细看后半句，影响因素很多。超哥留学说50W一年，是因为他的学杂费+房租贵，有可能还包括买车费用。加拿大花80W一年都很正常。你如果想留学加拿大，起步资金至少带20万人民币吧。（再重复一下，你的开销取决于很多因素）

我德州城乡结合部，优美风景一室一厅950，伙食costco采购350，汽油保险300，高速手机+网100，玩乐300，一个月总共2000美金. 舒舒服服，没省过钱。

如果极限的话，合租公寓里的一间房350，伙食半夜去买减价菜+翻超市垃圾箱+食物银行一个月50刀，不开车骑摩托汽油+保险100，手机+普通网50，一个月总共550美金。也过得舒舒服服，每天不愁。

当然还可以再极限点，我没亲身体验过，但是做义工时了解的。住庇护所房租0花费，食物翻超市垃圾桶+街边救济食堂0花费，衣服去教会领0花费，骑自行车0花费，手机+最差网一个月20, 毒品150。总共170美金过一个月，据说也不难过。
