in6xias· ↗我不知道。但是你要是两年项目的话，可以拿三年工作签证。你毕业了找不到可以接着找，三年签证都找不到工作的可能性是不大的。如果你读一年项目，你就只有一年工作签证，时间就比较紧了。

in8eya2· ↗注意，你只要是申请了政治庇护你就有工卡，在美国工作是合法的，不是打黑工。至于政治庇护批不批，这是另外一回事。如果你同时还是合法持有签证入境的，而不是和君羊一样偷渡的，那么你自始至终都是合法的。
