税前150个了还要润？你来美国IT工作你的以往经验肯定是能算的，我就认识国内工作几年润到湾区Google 的SDE，肯定是走的有经验的社招，但是经验多少会被打个折，你一开始的环境适应程度(比如运气不好遇到个坑的老印manager)生活水平不一定有你在国内高。另外美国难的是身份，OPT, H1B 绿卡这个过程，管你高级还是低级SDE都得脱层皮。我不了解日本欧洲，但是日本IT听说这两年还不错拿永居也容易，收入肯定不能和美国比了，你这150个我都怀疑能不能和你国内比，而且多少需要学日语的。只学英文的话，新加坡是不是也可以考虑？这么高的级别，要么直接找个外企transfer到新加坡好了。你这种情况算在国内混得挺好了，出国就比较看你的决心，如果你实在厌恶国内环境宁愿忍受一时委屈愿意放弃现有的一些东西还好说，如果你比较患得患失很难说你润出来会不会愉快。
