iq70sx8· ↗只是练听力的话不一定就要演讲的吧？还比较依赖字幕的话试试Woodpecker，至于中文字幕就真的没必要了，没啥好处。另外可以试试听podcast，比如先从BBC的6 minute english，the english we speak之类的开始，听完了不懂的话再去对照transcript，个人感觉效果挺好。
