一来条件好的很多并不想移民，其中一些是被洗脑了，另外的即使不喜欢中共但权衡之后妥协了，典型的是生意人，人家在墙国卖中药也好干什么也好，千万利润不算多，去美国怎么挣。
二来主要看决心，真有决心直接走线。
