根据我在阿妹某IT中型企业这么些年的见闻,跟你们说两句：我们都知道，润的核心目标是找到工作，而找到工作的核心因素大部分情况下并不是你做了多少题，而是你能否让周围的人喜欢你，你能否与他们相处愉快.说白了就是charismatic的程度。

charismatic 第一定律:

woman >> man.

charismatic 第二定律:

tall and strong man>>>> short and weak man.

是真的，大概原理就是：能处的人就算技术差点只要不是脑残跟着团队做个项目技术就变好了；不能处的人，喜欢搞事的人，待的时间越久对公司危害越大，所以这种人就算技术再好公司也会拒绝。
