艺术家如何移民？

一位友人是画家，五六十岁，在798混的，名气不大也不小，在中国办过几次个展，没有海外活动经验，英语能力低下。

美国的EB1，英国澳洲新西兰的Talent Visa这种级别的签证应该够不到，美国O-1应该能行但是留不下。目前我能想到的路径只有加拿大自雇签证以及日本语言学校毕业后转艺术家签证。

各位有什么建议吗？

此贴不会被我删除，以供来日其他不愿失去自由的中国艺术家参考。

不要移民美国英国澳洲不就得了。

美国绿卡走hib没有10年下不来，不是在美国读博或者年轻愿意等的，都别想美国了。

找个律所先评估下eb1a 很多美国移民律所还可以预约free evaluation 听移民律师的比啥都强，通过率不到60，基本上也不会接。华人律所基本上也都有这个服务，做个英文版cv，拿给人评估下。
