irs5jzr·已跑路· ↗按照你的方案，这绝对是苦行僧般的两年，而且OP的语言能力足够好。OP如果吃得了这个苦，不如利用在国内的最后两年多出去打打零工自己攒点儿钱。在外留学还是把预算准备充裕些，我个人不支持这种一点儿容错空间都没有的留学计划。

irs6d84· ↗这个水平根本算不上苦行僧。 况且op只能拿得出10万的话，目标若还是轻松爽快的留学生活，那约莫就根本润不出去了。 当然了，依你讲的，自己攒点钱再留学，我觉得也是一种可靠的方案， 不过两年后会不会封锁得很死，导致润不出去，也并不可测。

我在瑞典读博的时候和女友加起来一个月的开销平均在18K SEK上下，按照当年的汇率大概是2K欧。据我所知德国的生活成本比瑞典低不少，但我想考虑到通胀，无论如何也不会低于每月1K欧吧？

irrnif2· ↗大三是吧 首先先设法补上一些CS课 具体来说就是四门：编程 (java/c/python)，操作系统，计网，计组；如果学校没办法选课，自己了解一下暑校，反正设法补上一些（能够出现在成绩单上的）CS课
然后找美国排名靠后的州立学校，个人建议csrank倒着查，找学校新入职的ap（CS的），发邮件套瓷说想读phd，具体套瓷信怎么写参考一亩三分地，在这里不废话了；具体套瓷的操作可以在大三下进行，不过大三的寒假可以提前套瓷老师做暑研，提升一下背景很有必要
之所以说转码，是因为其他专业的phd门槛都比CS高；而你预算有限，我就建议这么干
启动资金大概1.5-3w左右 考语言+机票+签证 杂七杂八的 如果上暑校就要多点了；phd本身不花钱
不过也有可能找不到，那想办法看看有没有搞biostat/bioinfo的，美国那么多学校，仔细找应该有，不嫌弃排名的话
如果实在没办法补课，下下策，跨考计算机，读一年补完课quit然后重复上述步骤申phd

irx77o4· ↗其实生物phd门槛是最低的，因为就是苦力，或者说牛马。这个行业的科研是劳动力密集型的而不是智力密集型的。
这种毕业之后走EB1比较容易，因为发paper会比较多。但是就业前景很差，需要注意一下，考虑出路。

irrnbew· ↗夸张了，德国只要不去大城市，一年十万以下还是可以的，而且如果在大城市能排到宿舍，省一省十万也够。不然法国奥地利意大利也行啊，欧洲不收学费或者有减免的国家，就算不打工，拮据的话，费用能低得很夸张
但是欧洲硕士一般都两年，十万大概率撑不到第两年加找工作的过渡期

irw4tu4· ↗不建议盲目转码，除非你非常喜欢计算机。转码找工作现在美国也不容易，据说脸书这段时间裁员很厉害，曾博也在网上说自己被裁员（但不知他说的真假）。倒是生物医药，因为疫情的原因反而在海外成为大热门，我建议你，目前大三的话，可以去跟着导师去实验室帮忙做实验，混个实验经历，如果能在论文最后挂个名字那就更好了，老师不愿意就给他买两条烟或者带瓶茅台送他。以你3.8/4.0的分，加上一篇论文或经历，申请美国排名200以上的博士，理论上是没有问题的。而且博士一般是不要钱的，你10个金币足够了，当然你得对科研有兴趣。毕业后你也可以选择去Pfizer工作，将来申请绿卡PhD也比读硕士更有优势，论文也可以作为申请NIW国家利益豁免绿卡的条件。看你自己吧，如果要转计算机建议学个python3比较好，生物信息也可以用上，工具用numpy之类的，书网上都有卖。
