看有些地方传闻不给办了，说是年底就直接关停？如果是真的也太哈人了，我语言都还在备考中，现在没offer的情况下有办法办护照吗

不知道你备考还要多久 不过比较急就直接拿个duolingo试试
实在不行转学比较容易下offer 自己研究
一定要保证晶哥能把护照给你 而不是只给护照号 同样提前打电话确定好
