可行性不高吧，本来从第三国入境申请就比较难，如果最近还有回国，明显是告诉美国移民局你在撒谎。

你有其他国家的长期签证可能没有资格申请庇护。你在中东国家工作的话，肯定有其长期签证。当然这里有一些例外情况。
