小号发帖，说下我的故事：
我是2016年来的美国，家里是某一线城市人，高中毕业顺利申上了某小藤。本科为了方便找工作学了CS，但是因为自身兴趣还选了English double major。
2020年毕业正好赶上疫情，直接麻了。靠着学历好不容易找了个码农工作，抽H1B果断没中。家里做的制造业，封城直接搞死了，加上我当时过于焦虑又从小反贼，一时冲动直接交了I589庇护申请（当时入境正好没过一年）。到现在案子也没啥动静，估计就按照10年往上的方向积压着了。
现在的情况是我H1B三次没中已经破罐破摔拿着庇护的c8工卡嗯混了，等于实际上已经没有合法身份。我也是最近才意识到这样就没法走公司sponsor的正常途径转身份。虽然暂时不用担心工作签证问题，但是当时申请庇护确实有点冲动。虽然这几年断断续续封城搞得更麻，家里基本上已经是在破产边缘，父母也不希望我回国了。
现在的情况就是有点焦虑不知道下一步怎么办。
我个人还是倾向呆在美国，毕竟作为码农钱给的是真多。但是没有合法身份是有点蹦。庇护案子不知道要等到什么时候，似乎除了嗯等之外也没有别的转身份的路径了？（结婚除外）
目前在考虑的备选方案是走加拿大EE直接入境拿卡，但是我没有任何加拿大相关背景。目前是30岁以下，本科学历，英语自信能加满分（高中时候托福就110，现在融的批爆基本上没有兴人朋友），法语不会，工作经验即将三年。算了一下好像按前疫情时代是能捞的，但是现在就不好说，我还有点担心以后EE改革。
不知道sub里见多识广的朋友能不能指点下。

it294kx· ↗这还不好理解吗，你申请庇护一点都不迟疑的？😳首先申请了就半永久不能回国了（拿到美籍或中国改朝换代之后可以，但前者也有风险，力求保险的话只能等改朝换代再回国），其次你要实实在在搞些反共活动才行的，很多人怕连累还在中国的亲属。还有自己的中国银行卡可能被封什么的（蔡霞就这个待遇），一旦父母有事回去奔丧、继承房产遗产什么的就更别想了。光是这一点，在中国有点社会关系和资产的就不会想这么干，因为就算亲属不被找麻烦，至少你申请了庇护在中国要社死的（除非出身反贼家庭，亲友也都是反贼），很多人觉得这事跟自己的父母亲戚都没法交代，在同学面前更是抬不起头，就好像认定混得很差走投无路的人才会这样。说白了就是还放不下索多玛。我是感觉还舍不得和索多玛彻底决裂的人都不配润，到审判日的时候也终究润不掉，哪怕ta已经入了美籍。就像罗德之妻的故事🙂
