一般都是内诺——出愿制，获得内诺之后寄送出愿材料，只要书类审查没问题就可以，那没有内诺，出愿——选考制的话一般是看什么录取的呢？后面这种模式意味着教务会有比教授更大的决策权吗？🐭🐭和志望教授已经谈好了，接下来的意思就是录取与否完全取决于教务吗？好怕被教务刷掉😭
