itlh5q5·OP· ↗先说方法，个人留学理由，材料用日本语言学校的出愿材料或者大学的出愿材料作为必要理由（因为这些材料清单上通常让你提供护照号或者护照扫描件）。缺点是需要口才和材料不够硬（工作人员亲口说的）

itlix59·OP· ↗本人是21年办下来的，当时电话咨询当地的几个入管局发现他们要的材料都不统一，于是挑了一个要的最少地方去办。几个入管局都让我提供学校的录取通知书，我说明我还没被录取之后又让我提供能够证明需要护照的材料，如果是走中介的话要提供与中介的合同作为材料。我权衡了一下时间成本直接从网上下载了日本一所大学的出愿材料PDF就过去办了，事实是他们也知道这个东西谁都能用来借口拿到本。在扯皮的过程中想要抓我材料的漏洞想让我多提交材料，我多次重复没有护照我就没法申请学校，最后还是给我办出来了。

itlk8b4·OP· ↗再说一下注意事项。 首先提前打电话问几个离家近的入管局确认一下材料，因为要哪种材料都是看当地入管局，各地差别挺大需要提前准备准备，找到材料要求最少的就可以预约了

itlkwmw·OP· ↗其次关于学校的出愿材料，最好选用文件看起来正式，页数多的。（显得材料硬一点）最好是中文版，因为我当初咨询时有被要求提供翻译版加盖翻译资质章的情况，如果拿着外文版过去可能会被要求翻译的理由把你打发走的情况。

itlm62t·OP· ↗关于被抓材料漏洞。一种情况是你的材料格式有问题或者直接开口问你要某某材料。另一种情况工作人员在盘问你的情况的时候会要求你提供额外的材料，这应该是很容易遇到的（我被要求提供日语考试证明，朋友被要求提供学校的在读证明，这些都是电话咨询里没出现的材料）。如果遇到这种材料，拿不出来可以撒谎或者跟他扯皮，恁要做的只是拿到猪肝红，他们也没那么闲去核实一些材料。

itlnfhf·OP· ↗关于扯皮。首先你要有护照才能申请学校，材料清单都写着呢。在扯皮的时候务必抓住这个申办护照的必要理由。不要被抓到材料漏洞的时候软掉，能糊弄过去就糊弄过去。

itlokbn·OP· ↗暂时就想到这么多，切记他所有刁难的目的就是不让你拿到猪肝红，不会去仔细核查东西本身真不真，抓住必要事项复读，没谈下来也不要死磕。往后护照肯定会更加难拿到，做好被刁难住的心里准备。

itp38mv·OP· ↗你问我两年后会不会更容易办下来的话我是持悲观态度的，因为我朋友今年办的时候甚至被刁难情况更严重的（有可能是时间点太敏感{20大期间}，也有可能是上海本地户口，也有可能是窗口负责人的性格问题）。我个人建议你用这个方法先试试，毕竟负责我和我朋友的窗口都是第一次遇到这种拿份材料清单就去办本子的，不保证以后会不会直接拒掉，而且这个方法就印份资料也不需要什么证明，完善下你的逻辑链别被盘问的时候问住就行。
