可以上诉好多年，一直到最高法院没有十几年完不了的😂而且除非你造假或撒谎（强烈建议不要这么做，申请理由一定要真实）被抓包，法官只是觉得你的理由太弱第一次没通过的话你可以继续加强活动强度补充材料啊

当然会开庭，但不是在最高法院开。

你想上诉最高法院，但是最高法院不受理你的上诉啊。最高法院总共就那么几个法官，而且还要一起听，多少大案要案，一个zb除非有特别重大的价值，否则根本进不去最高法院的门。

你是说在更低级的法院开庭吗？这还用说吗，当然要一层一层走不能越级上诉啊😓重点是全部流程没有十几年走不完，除了作假被发现，只要是真实案例还没听说过有最终不批准的。而且申请人是有权利上诉到最高法院的，如果真不受理的话就没法结案，就不可能进入递解出境程序，这不就行了吗
