目前加拿大还有公司能帮国内码农relocation的吗？

如题，不太想考雅思，国内好几年码农工作经验了，做大数据的。会有加拿大公司给我安排面试和relocation吗？如果没有，是不是就只好自己考雅思然后自己申请签证了？

另外我看申请Express Entry works的页面上，也需要填有没有offer的呀。那为啥我有offer不直接relocation过来就好了呢？
