gpa好的一批完全没钱的话可以看看欧洲EIT项目或者Erasmus项目，都是欧陆高校联合培养，尤其后者，奖学金从学费到生活费甚至机票钱和安家费都包了；稍微有一点点钱去欧陆花销也比英美省不少
