计划明年润，在findlaw和avvo上筛了一下律师（执照5年+），有做H1B/EB/asylum的白人律师，也有专门给Withholding of Removal这种给被遣返打官司的拉丁律师。华人律师在目标区域（有华人街）好像没筛到？有对这行了解的吗，律师应该找什么样子的？我个人感觉应该是请做遣返更有经验的律师会比较好？🐁🐁金币不多，能用在律师上3到4个应该是极限了吧，毕竟还要考虑其他开支，有了解的分享下经验吗？

所以律师的作用几乎等于没有，至少是面谈这个阶段的。上庭可能有点作用。

就是因为这东西就是编故事造假。所以律师见了客户，告诉客户一定要真实，假案子一律不接。

律师告诉客户，你得遭受过迫害。我们绝对不接假的，你给我们的一定要真实。客户就自己写了被迫害的故事。材料也都是客户自己准备的，也不是律师给造的。
律师就是负责翻译而已。这样如果有假，跟律师一点关系都没有。
律师不可以给客户做面谈培训，就算做了，律师可以提出问题，律师不可以教客人如何回答问题。
面谈的时候，律师一句话都不可以说。所以在面谈阶段，律师的作用等于 0 。
而且，律师有故意搞砸面谈，为了上庭多收一笔钱的嫌疑。
