今年6月初DIY以family group网申了两个小孩（2年级和6年级）的留学签和妈妈的访问签（陪读为理由），10月初拿到两小孩的S1签证。但是，妈妈的访问签从录了指纹后到现在一直没有任何消息，通过邮件和webform也催了好多次，没有任何效果。除了等，还能做什么？
