我在applyweb里面申请的，通过CertiFile提交订单，然后再用学信网确认，我试了一下提交学籍然后付款$10，好像发送成功了。。。不清楚其他学校的流程是不是一样的。。。

你是发的实体的吗？我申请的是电子版的，直接通过CertiFile再到学信网发到applyweb，流程好像有点不一样，可能是学校比较野鸡。。。

好像大部分学校是可以直接上传pdf 真录取了再提交official transcript

"Unofficial transcripts" will be reviewed during the application review process. A pdf/scanned version (tips for uploading transcripts) of your transcript submitted by the applicant is considered an unofficial transcript. The transcript should be signed by the registrar and should list all the courses that you have taken, your grade in each course, and the degree(s) that you earned. 额我浪费了$10美金，我应该先发个电子pdf的，录取了才发正式，我的错。。。
