不知道OP有没有绿卡呢？有绿卡，薪资待遇和本国空乘没差，航班也正常飞。没有绿卡，不能以外航空乘身份入境中国，必须和中国民航局中介签约才行，这样待遇变差不说，还要交一笔中介费，纯粹的廉价劳动力。
