理论上可以无限续。不过TN本身没有dual intent，直接递交EB即移民申请和在opt递交情况类似，如果被拒以后再想移民美国会有更多麻烦。

超过90天递交I-140不涉嫌签证欺诈。顺便一提，H1B也是非移民签证，EB2和EB3才能叫移民签证。你应该说不允许有双重倾向的非移民签证。

Facebook上的加拿大移民群里，有很多人2020年就收到了invitation，直到今年才拿到PR。

假设你2018年就去加拿大读college，2020年一毕业就拿到了invitation，2022年才批下pr，2025年坐满入籍需要的移民监，按照现在官方公开的入籍审批速度，2027年才能审批完毕入籍。从2018年入境到2027年入籍，足足耗费了9年。

入籍以后，是否能如愿拿到TR工签去美国工作，还是个未知数，还要看你的专业是不是符合政策要求。

我想说的是，移民的路上每绕一次远路那就多一个风险。最终目的地是美国，那就直奔美国，不要绕路。

有的倒霉蛋就是这么倒霉。我刚去群里去随便翻了一下就有一个，给你节选一下:

BTW加拿大让绝大多数PR能申请参军也就是最近的事，之前除了极少数情况PR都不太能参军。

恐怕枫叶国也没那么容易。除了LMIA那种直接加600分通关的，没有很稳的。EE那也是相当卷。加国并没有那么容易，好移民的专业，都在申请学校的时候卷过了。要么就是投钱砸。所以说问这个问题，仿佛是在秀智商，觉得自己会另辟蹊径，却忽略了中国人庞大的基数和善于钻空子的平均水平。没人做的事，那一定是赔本的买卖。杀头的买卖有人做，赔本的买卖没人做。

主要是看岗位是不是真正在列表上+续签次数，和是什么族裔关系不大。虽然我也听说过有的cbp官员会特意刁难中国大陆/印度出生的加拿大公民。

可以，但基本上仅适用于stem年轻人。非stem哪怕有加拿大国籍也不那么好去美，不年轻的有家庭顾虑搬家不是那么容易，且还要考虑配偶国籍在美工作问题。

记得之前有个润美程序员论证了一下这种，好处是至少不会被送中，坏处是TN签真没法直接申请绿卡

美国不难润，倒是加拿大有风险，因为美国路子多，加拿大一人一生基本就一次机会，限时，路子窄。自从2017年递交I-140维持半年排期锁定后，就不能说美国难润了。
