土豆的一系列政策包括不止于政府管制社交媒体发布内容，过于妥协liberal的氛围，税太太太太高低收入，经济低靡，温哥华和多伦多把收容所直接建市内这种操作，出新的东西总是慢一拍，还有就是我挺喜欢枪的管的太严。天冷倒还好，自然风景也很美，但是想想隔壁圣诞节带着美金过来购物自动-30%就很气，一开始身份要紧不计较工资，但后面还是想好好赚米

其实说那么多还有一个重要原因，上小学的时候就挺想以后去美国生活的，后面一直也有在像那个方向努力，属于奋斗目标了哈哈

如果你不想去乡下大概率还是会在蓝州啊，税一样高，shelter建downtown啥的也是基操了，别说蓝州了，红州蓝市也会啊，奥斯汀市中心就有一个shelter。

self petition感觉好多条件不够格啊，EB-2能不能拿到offer直接让人赞助我跳过工作签证？朋友08年就办的投资EB-5有家公司去年拿到GC了，能不能直接他雇用我给赞助这样子走I-140?

他可以海外帮你抽H1B，或者他公司在海外有分部，你在他公司的海外分部那打工一年，然后L1B转岗进来。I-140必须由雇主在美国境内帮助雇员递交，你一开始进美国必须借助非移民签证（H1B、B2等），拿绿卡选择CP则可以不需要人在美国，只需要当时帮你递交I-140的雇主给开具再雇佣的证明即可。如果你是B2签证入境美国去你朋友那打工，朋友收你，你在B2入境90天后递交I-140（满90天不构成移民欺诈），理论上讲对移民没影响，需要研究其他风险。正常情况下没有雇主要一个B2签证的打工。

B-2旅游签证递交I-140，可能和H1B一样需要打广告，证明在美国雇佣不到本地人。这个失败一次就是一年。B-2旅游签证无法保你一直呆在美国。因此这个I-140大概率是要加急的。I-140批下来后就可以离开你朋友那了。如果失败，就需要再申请B-2旅游签证回美国重新再来一次递交I-140之前的打广告。

有点尴尬的是，他的其他业务在国内，但是这俩公司除了都是他家的，没有任何关系，感觉没法这么操作，除非他直接雇我帮我整Labor Certificate然后I-140

那就试试H1B吧，他在美国有几个公司就能一年帮你抽几次H1B。

肯定是不管什么方案都先拿加拿大身份，读PhD也是在那之后。以前确实没考虑过因为感觉自己对科研没啥兴趣，但现在感觉最快的方案就是这样所以有了读的打算，不过这是个长期计划，5-6年后没准才会去申，想提前做些准备增强学术背景
