台湾人？

来美国读个EE master毕业随便找个半导体厂就可以拿绿卡了，大约需要1年吧，不用抽任何签也不用排任何队也没有任何打分要求。

我觉得是发达国家各移民途径里最简单的了。

正常途径啊。

EE master学生签证。

毕业了两年半opt期间不用抽h1b就能工作。

这期间要找个大厂。楼主说了是半导体人才，我暂且认为找个大厂的最初级的工程师位置不难，更何况你还有个美国EE master学历。

然后台湾EB3没排期，6个月办PERM（大厂走batch perm 可以压缩到3个月），然后140和485一起交，3个月（氪2500刀加急）到1年就拿卡了。

如果你是大陆人那就惨了，首先大陆的EB2/3排期一定大于opt有效期，意味着你早晚要抽h1b，所以你得找一个愿意给你抽的公司给你一个工资够抽的位置（有些初级位置不够 ），然后如果你运气不好一直没抽中的话opt用光了只能回国，运气好的话也得等大约4年（目前，以后只会更长）排期之后才能交485，中间如果被裁的话可能还要加一两年。这么折腾一番还不如搞个加澳PR。

没有必要。半导体行业本来就是高科技行业。

如果你是高科技行业人才的话可以EB1境外拿卡，如果不是的话就算有这个特殊签证也不会发给你。

我只是在為其他人想出路 比如今年來美國讀EE本科 幾年年之後美國是不是還會缺晶片產業的工程師和技師 他們就不用卷H1B 高薪就業移民

你要是做Analog方向，要想留美至少得是博士。不然工作都找不着。对本地人也是这个要求，行业本身的艰深性决定了高门槛，有无身份都一样。
