分享两个最近身边的case以及我的疑问：

朋友A在一家大型国企上班，工作经验还不到一年，且是非技术职能岗，最近在招聘软件上机缘巧合看到了一个荷兰的全职岗位然后很快面试通过了，且对方承诺给带km（荷兰长期工签）的offer。

朋友B最近刚国内从新西兰，走的是雇主担保签证，不是whv，此人在国内似乎只有机构英语老师相关的工作经历，去新西兰从事的好像也是教育行业（不确定）。

分享这两个case是因为这两个case都非常非常反直觉，两个人都是人文社科不会代码不会理工科，两个人之前都是在国内生活，工作也都是在国内找的。我尤其是好奇第二个人是如何在国内获得新西兰的全职offer的，可是此人守口如瓶，问了也不说。

我其实身边也有这个例子 就是在中国直接找到了CA的工作 然后工签把他搬过去 还给他LMIA帮助他拿卡

所以我一直对上学润很...模棱两可

加拿大的雇主担保，基本上就是买工作。花一大笔钱能够拿到身份是最幸运的，不幸的是身份和钱都没了。这里面中介和雇主两个因素都不确定。一种情形是中介本身就在骗，根本没有和雇主达成协议，甚至连雇主都子虚乌有；另一种情形是雇主刁难不想给办。中国人这两种都可能。

第二个确实有可能是中介雇佣的他，他到了新西兰，要自己给自己发工资交保险。

荷兰能给发出来km签的都是大公司，在国内用英语面试也没什么问题，而且目前荷兰就业市场缺人。但是km签的税前月薪应该是3600+，这个价码对于很多荷兰顶尖大学硕士毕业一年内的荷兰人都不太可能拿到，肯定是有点东西的。
