黑超过1年，法律上就不能申请庇护了，如果你是偷渡进来没经过机场、移民监狱，没和政府机构打过交道，那还能操作下，不然直接废了（至少是废了大半）。美国长黑没必要，庇护面谈只要开始排队就有工卡了，排队期间可以随时转身份。唯一建议长黑的就是有犯罪记录且无关政治的，这种在美国不好操作，可以转加拿大或者欧洲找机会，不过op应该不是
