大约去年十二月中旬半夜，当地警方破门而入，在没有律师陪同情况下带走了我的笔记本与所有手机。我当时怕得要死 就只能疯狂认错。表示自己是受境外势力蛊惑 不知道其中的意义才放我走。考虑到我目前还在上学，就只给了思想批评教育。后来又找我谈了几次话 我都有偷偷录音。并且后续学校沟通（有威胁要我退学）记录我也都有留存。最后悔的应该就是当时没有拍下自己写的笔录。哎 求问问坛友们 我这个条件能否申请美加的政治庇护？要证明我是否被捕肯定是可以的 而且被没收的电子设备至今未被归还。但目前有两个担心的点：
1.无论是在笔录还是在后续沟通中 我都没有承认自己是参加了白纸革命 只说是贴了白纸而已
2.就算是参加了白纸革命 也不知道是否能够申请政治庇护 毕竟参加的人太多了 我也只是个穷学生，不知道人家要不要我。

其实这个行为是寻衅还是山巅就在检察院的一念之间，就看想怎么办你，反正最后都是蹲几年，山巅也是异议人士蛮常见的罪名。
不过有一点你说的对，放了再抓寻衅滋事更常见，山巅是不多见的（可能搞监视居住或者取保候审？）

jb5dl82· ↗煽颠一般针对有名的异议人士。像王炳章那样的。普通人你根本够不上。不就是网上发发帖，跑到街上举个白纸嘛。要是能够上煽颠，那恐怕监狱都不够了，得多建不少。监视居住，比抓你进拘留所/看守所更恐怖。这个词不是从字面意思理解的。曾经听一个人讲过，监狱好于看守所，看守所好于监视居住。监视居住，意味着没有期限，没有明确地点，可以对你采取很多方法。监视居住点是不公开的。不像看守所和监狱，基本都知道具体位置。
