主要是不知道college的门槛高不高，学费要多少。以及现在好像工签这种暂时居留不能直接转成永居了，那做电工在加拿大好拿身份吗？

college申请要提早，一开放就申请占位，然后英语可以后补

trades也就是技工转永居从联邦到省提名都有很多项目，很容易移民，难点是英语，以及如何合法的到达加拿大
