问下run日的大佬,研修生是什么？

其他sub看到的，去网上查了一下，还看了些视频博主，是不是去日本除了留学，还有工签，是不是最没含量的签证了？

本鼠今年20多了，留学肯定不敢想了，目前唯一的救命稻草就是学it和日语，然后过去从派遣开始干，这还是一切顺利的情况，自己干啥不都抱有侥幸心里，就怕不出意外的话就会出意外。

大概了解研修生是体力劳动一些农场，工人之类的，但是自己躺平几年但是该吃苦的时候还是能的，也知道编程这口饭也不是人人都能吃。

不太了解的地方就是归化问题，看了某个博主说自己还有几百天就要回国。

这种工作签证有时效性干几年签证到期就必须被遣返回国吗？也有人说干够13年入籍之类的，如果真要去的话如何避免被中介坑的问题求解答。

名义上来说，研修生是日本的对外援助项目，你去日本“研修”之后，把学到的技能带回本国，帮助本国的产业发展。

但是，实际上，研修生就是日本剥削发展中国家廉价劳动力的项目。因为项目的初衷是“把技能带回本国”，所以研修生要留在日本几乎是不可能的。

研修可以转技人国，但是我看到新闻报道的才两个案例，日经新闻报的，一个混凝土熟练工，一个介护，你可以去搜搜看新闻

研修是不归路，不能转学签工签，3年满就得滚回家，完了还不能换雇主，钱还少。
还要1，2万的中介费。
唯一洗白可能就是和日本人结婚。B站上有个老哥，在那种乡下的工厂，找了个日本老婆的。

it派遣不挺好的，而且二十多岁才是做事情的黄金时间段吧，在这之前在读书你指望能干啥
