33岁日本IT打工人，有机会拿B1/2 visa润美，如何能留下？

我的情况：4年工作经验Golang后端程序员，日本野鸡硕（管理专业），国内非STEM专业本科。

纽约发小自己的公司有机会帮我申B1/B2，但申不了H1B。

想问一下，拿B1/B2人先润过去 ---->当地找工作 -----> 换H1b，这条路径程序上行得通吗，是否太想当然了？

​

如果不行的话我这个条件除了婚，还有其他润美的可能性吗？最佳路径是怎样的？

简而言之，不行。

H1B比你想的复杂得多，有工资和行业要求，要抽签，并且不是批了就立即可用。

首先B1/B2是不能工作的，其次申不申的了h1b和你在不在美国没有关系，第三，那么多美国本土毕业的都申不下来h1b，为什么你觉得你可以。当然理论上是可以的

140是申绿卡的，在那之前你首先得有美国公司sponsor，合法工作，而合法工作的前提基本就是h1b. 大家去美国读书大部分就为了opt，因为可以用来过渡到h1b. 毕竟大家都没有优秀到能找到美国雇主愿意无条件冒风险等你一年半载耗着抽签排期申请h1b

境外领事馆程序不需要人回来，但需要原来帮助递交I-140的雇主再雇佣证明，或者换个雇主重新回美国递交I-140和I-485，此时回美一般要靠L1B签证。

换H1B需要抽签的啊，现在这个中签率对方公司怎么知道能不能抽到？你要是抽不到怎么办？

他不会想让你B1/B2去工作吧？这是严重违反移民法的行为。你要是想这么干的话，想想以后怎么解释这段经历。比如，假如你想申请去xxxx国的旅游签证，对方让你写清楚你的工作经历，那这一段你写不写？你要是不写，那这段时间你在干啥？就拿着B1/B2在美国旅游？你要是写了，你在美国的工作签证拿的出来吗？

B1/B2你直接去找美国驻日大使馆申，不需要公司帮你申请（顶多给你出个邀请信）

看你这个思路，感觉除了申请庇护也没什么好路可走了，毕竟H1B是个抽签的事，名额就那么多，你怎么知道自己能抽上，也没有公司会有魄力sponsor你。这就是个死循环。

其实日本也挺好的，先满5年当刘路吧，然后当个跳板再曲线去美。
