明年出国，有没有必要先把预留资金存国外

现在计划可能是加拿大或者荷兰，然后暂且先预留了30个，放国内银行利率超低，国外又在通胀，美国银行一年期存款有百分之五的利率，我在想先把钱汇出去会不会好一点，比如开一个BOA的户口？有没有懂的大佬说一下

我理解你的心态，而且我也觉得钱用作腊肉币未来可能会贬值
不过，30万即使是按照3%的利率差，一年的利息差是9000腊肉币，可是现实中3%的利率差几乎是非常难找到的
对比这9000块钱，我觉得更重要的是先考虑好自己在未来一年能不能成功跑出去

确实不多你说得也有道理可能就是作为学生想多有一点小钱的心态但现在美国的利率确实挺高分开放我感觉也会放心如果要折腾很多精力，那确实还是算了

我没有任何阴阳怪气的意思，我之前心态和你有点儿像，也觉得利率差能赚点钱，后来我发现金融市场这个东西不是单个普通人可以随意玩的，你感兴趣的话可以查查“有效市场假说” efficient market hypothesis这个东西
再者，等你出去之后，你可以转移资金的方式就更多了，到时候就算是蚂蚁搬家，也能一点点的把你家里的资金都给周转出去，所以现在还是集中精力学习考试

可以存外國銀行就可以了，匯率就不要關心了，因為人民幣不值錢，美金才值錢，你要在國外用必須美金，美金買購買力強，才便宜，現在還想什麼匯率啊⋯⋯直接存到國外銀行就可以了，國外通貨膨脹沒有比人民幣通貨膨脹厲害吧？要潤到國外去了還管什麼匯率，只要關心你手裡多少錢能更換多少美金，怎麼才能潤出去，這才是最重要關心的事，還有匯率每天都在懂，越來越貴了，還是早點更換美金的好，這樣損失就越少。

人在国内开美国银行账户很难的，还要先申请itin，再网申，还不一定通过。找代理的话又太贵。可以先香港开个户，再开个嘉信理财，有张取款卡，全球取现免费。嘉信可以买美国国债，利息4.9左右。
