如果读社区大学我是倒读必过不去。现在在学雅思，雅思能过6.5的话我就去找门槛和费用都比较靠后的硕申请，拿offer只用支付留位费，其他学费可以入境后再交么？然后我过签一入境就马上黑下来申请政庇。请问这样可行么？ 还有其他一些问题：1、我曾在国内遭遇大型车祸幸免于难，但ccp没有赔偿我一分钱，还封锁新闻的跟进传播，这件事能对我政庇有效么? 2、学签落地黑政庇这个路径，能享受到跟走线一样的工卡待遇么？谢谢🙏
edit：我不考虑正经读书毕业找工作，首先我不读cs商科等热门专业就业就很难了，只为找个门槛低的冷门硕放我过去，而且家里经济支撑不起50万的全程学费，银行冻结20万倒是可以，过几年取出来就是了

如果能证明“政府封锁新闻的跟进传播”，属于政府「直接」迫害。

没赔钱可能迫害程度不够，最好还是落地后去使馆举牌子。面谈的时候说，你是因为在中国受到不公正待遇，后来跑到美国举牌子怕回国被抓了所以申请避难，这样听起来更合理，不要把面试官当傻子。面谈通过率只有20%左右，所以你最好准备足够的金币支付律师费用，律师厉害的可以给你把案子打赢，华人上庭通过率看报道说有75%，所以律师一定要请。

jgkx5fo· ↗你入境美国，任何签证，甚至没有签证都可以申请庇护。到了美国自己找律师问，这里70%都是本科以上学历，没几个办过庇护，你问律师更靠谱，avvo或者findlaw找律师，关键词搜索asylum，让律师给你提交589表格。建议去参加民运举牌子，混个脸拍个照片再提交。
